Art Therapy for Adults, Teens, and Children

I work with adults, adolescents, and children from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Clients may seek therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, self-esteem and identity challenges, relationship and family difficulties, grief and loss, and life transitions.

Sessions may include verbal exploration, art-based expression, or a combination of both, depending on the developmental needs and preferences of each client.

What the Work Involves

Psychotherapy is a shared commitment between client and therapist. Meaningful work requires time, consistency, and a willingness to remain engaged—even when the process feels uncertain or emotionally challenging.

Therapy offers:

  • • A space to speak or express freely about experiences that may have felt hidden, fragmented, or difficult to share
  • • The opportunity to give language or creative form to thoughts and feelings that have not yet found expression
  • • A reflective process that supports emotional understanding, integration, and change over time
